Buying & Booking Terms

Our detailed booking terms and conditions are outlined below. Should you have any further queries or requests ahead of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us.

An e-mail address must be provided upon making a booking at any of our restaurants, as this link will be provided on booking confirmation e-mails.


After you buy the tasting set, you could redeemed it during 6 months after they have been bought. On demand when order it, please check availability first.

You could cancel your unused tasting set at any time. Orders that haven’t been fulfilled within 6 months will be canceled, you will be refunded manually or on demand.


You could book your spot for tasting dinner gastrotour “Czech It All” that will take place in underground vault “sklípek” and start daily at 17:00-19:00 and finishes at 19:00-21:00. You will be informed of the exact time on the day of dinner.

You could also book table in main place Bar 1402 Praha via phone, email, or Facebook chat.

Booking Cancellation Policy

In order to keep your booking for dinner you have to make payment of chosen dinner combination(dinner, dinner+beer, dinner+beer+liquor) until 12:00 at chosen dinner day. We require cancellation notice until 12:00 at booked dinner day. For bookings cancelled after 12:00 and before dinner took place, we will charge 50% per seat if we are unable to resell the seat. In the event that you do not show up, we will charge 100% per seat. Money will be returned via used payment method during 3 work days.

We are sorry that cancellation charges have become necessary but regrettably our experience dictates this precaution.

Table Allocation

Due to the large number of requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee you exact place and table when taking reservations, There two row of tables for two people, two side benches combined with high chairs on the table opposite, up to 15 tables and up to 30 seats, tables could be organised on demand if you book total dinner capacity.

Food Safety and Allergens

We respectfully ask that food that has not been prepared in our kitchens is not consumed on our premises. The reasons we have implemented this policy are that we are (i) often unable to find a place to store the cake in a fridge, which is often required for food safety purposes, (ii) the service of food not on the menu can impact our quality of service to the customer who brought the cake and customers on other tables, especially if we were not warned in advance, (iii) in the event of an alleged food poisoning or serious allergic reaction of one of our guests, we would be unable to trace the source in accordance with our Food Safety procedures.

We cater for most dietary requirements and have strict policies in place for customers with food allergies. These policies and our allergen menus are available on demand. We are happy to respond to any specific requests for further information regarding allergens in our kitchens prior to your visit. All of our managers, wait staff, chefs and kitchen staff are fully trained on our allergen policy and any questions can be answered prior to orders being taken.
